The yearly wine-tasting contest “Chardonnay du Monde-2004” (“Chardonnay of the World”) took place from 11th to 14th of March in the French village of Saint Lager from Burgundy region. At this contest participated the wines exclusively of Chardonnay variety.

“Chardonnay du Monde-2004” Medal Was Awarded to Chardonnay, Produced by the Winemakers of “Acorex Wine Holding”
Yesterday, 16th of March, the results of the contest were officially announced. The wine from Moldova was mentioned among the best! According to the contest results, the Chardonnay by “Acorex Wine Holding” was granted an award. During this year the Moldavian company had to compete with the leading producers from 35 countries of the world, that brought to the appreciation of the jury 1226 of their best samples. To be mentioned that since 2001 year this is the fourth decoration awarded to “Acorex Wine Holding” company at this prestigious competition.
