Five medals at “The International Wine& Spirit Competition” in London in July 2006.

The results of the «International Wine & Spirit Competition» 2006 held in Vinopolis Wine Museum in London were announced on Thursday, 20 July. The International Wine & Spirit Competition is the 6th international competition this year where Аcorex Wine Holding has won the largest number of awards among the participating Moldovan winemakers.

That is further endorsement of the Company’s leadership in production of high quality wines both domestically and internationally. 4 Moldovan companies took part in the IWSC and won a total of 11 silver and bronze medals. AWH wines were awarded 5 of them for:

 

White wine Acorex Select Pinot Gris 2005 - Large Silver medal;

Red wine Legenda Pinot Noir 2003 - Large Silver medal; White sparkling wine Cuvee Aleksandr brut 2003 - Bronze medal;

Red wine Acorex Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 - Bronze medal;

Red wine Acorex Reserve Merlot 2003 - Bronze medal.

 

In the first 6 months of 2006 AWH exported its products to 16 countries.
